3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including:

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Tutor Conduct

All tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. This includes:

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Maintaining appropriate boundaries with students
• Respecting family privacy and confidentiality

6. Student and Parent Responsibilities

Students and parents are expected to:

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

Smarter Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

Smarter Mind reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
